Responsibilities

Monitor the health and performance of production applications and services.
Perform daily operational checks, application validations, and system health assessments.
Monitor and manage scheduled jobs using Control-M and other enterprise scheduling tools.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, including root cause analysis and preventive remediation.
Participate in on-call support rotations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain application stability, reliability, and availability.
Resolve VITs and security-related findings, implement bug fixes, and deliver application enhancements.
Develop and maintain cloud-native applications and services and contribute to application modernization initiatives.
Participate in code reviews and support testing, deployment, and release activities.

3–4 years of professional software engineering experience.
Hands-on experience developing and supporting cloud-native applications, preferably on Microsoft Azure.
Strong programming skills in Python and understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software development best practices.
Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or similar.
Experience troubleshooting application issues in production environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written English communication skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies and programming languages.
Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Azure services, cloud-native architecture, REST API design and integration, modern web development technologies, application monitoring and observability tools, and Agile/Scrum experience.
Strong development experience with .NET or C# and willingness to learn Python is acceptable.

Shift timing is 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM IST.
