Responsibilities
- Design scalable agentic workflows spanning software planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Build coding harnesses, reusable libraries, integrations, Model Context Protocol servers, and tools using Python and TypeScript.
- Establish evaluation, testing, monitoring, and observability approaches for AI-generated code and automated workflows.
- Translate client and engineering requirements into reliable software designs and contribute to scalability, security, extensibility, and supportability decisions.
- Forecast delivery needs, coordinate complex development activities, and lead technical troubleshooting during implementations and integrations.
- Document architectures, interfaces, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Mentor engineers on agentic programming, code quality, testing, and software engineering practices.
Requirements
- Advanced software engineering skills with Python, TypeScript, or comparable programming languages.
- Experience designing distributed applications, APIs, developer platforms, or workflow automation systems.
- Demonstrated ability to build reusable libraries, coding frameworks, or extensible integration components.
- Experience with cloud architecture, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and production support.
- Strong knowledge of automated testing, secure coding, code review, and software quality practices.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems with minimal supervision and communicate across functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred experience includes Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, OpenCode, agentic applications, coding agents, Model Context Protocol integrations, LLM evaluation, prompt design, tool calling, workflow observability, enterprise AI security and compliance controls, and direct client implementations or troubleshooting.
