Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define enterprise target-state architectures for AI across business capabilities, value streams, operating models, and technology platforms.
- Partner with the CDAO organization to align AI architecture with data strategy, analytics platforms, governance frameworks, and responsible AI standards.
- Develop and maintain near-, mid-, and long-term AI roadmaps across operations, digital channels, CRM, Salesforce, and partner ecosystems.
- Establish repeatable AI implementation patterns, including agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop designs, integration approaches, and AI lifecycle management.
- Translate business strategies and operational pain points into actionable AI-enabled capabilities from concept through execution readiness.
- Guide domain architects, product leaders, and delivery teams on AI design choices, tradeoffs, dependencies, and risks.
- Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, AI, governance, risk, security, and compliance partners to create trusted and governable AI architectures.
- Facilitate cross-functional design sessions and produce capability maps, solution concepts, and operating model views.
- Utilize artificial intelligence tools and resources, including generative AI.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, architecture, or related roles.
- 5+ years operating at enterprise or cross-domain scope.
- Experience in enterprise, business, or solution architecture within financial services or another highly regulated environment.
- Experience translating business strategy into capability models, value streams, operating models, and solution blueprints.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including generative and agentic AI, applied in business or operational contexts.
- A proven record of defining architecture standards and patterns that enable scalable, repeatable delivery.
- Strong executive-level stakeholder engagement, communication, influence, and systems-thinking skills.
- Experience integrating risk, compliance, security, and governance into architectural decisions.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
