Base Salary

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Java/J2EE-based applications and batch processes.
Develop and support UI components and client-side functionality using JavaScript and Dojo.
Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL and database queries.
Design and develop RESTful APIs for application integration and modernization.
Integrate applications with backend systems and enterprise platforms.
Participate in requirements analysis, design discussions, and technical solutioning.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across development and production environments.
Collaborate with business analysts, QA, infrastructure teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
Follow coding standards, security practices, and SDLC processes.

Bachelor’s degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
3–5+ years of related Java/J2EE development experience.
Strong experience with REST API design and development and proficiency in JavaScript.
Experience with the Dojo framework, SQL, and database query development.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles.
Preferred exposure to IBM FileNet Content Management, CPE, workflows, integrations, IBM Case Manager, or IBM BAW.
Familiarity with WebSphere Application Server or similar middleware platforms.
Experience in enterprise application environments and Agile or DevOps environments.
Ability to work independently, multitask, communicate effectively, collaborate, and focus on customer service.

Office-based workplace in Easton/Columbus, OH, Dallas, Houston, or Austin, TX, Detroit, MI, or Chicago, IL; specific work arrangements are provided by the hiring team.
