Base Salary
$57k - $113k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java/J2EE-based applications and batch processes.
- Develop and support UI components and client-side functionality using JavaScript and Dojo.
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL and database queries.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs for application integration and modernization.
- Integrate applications with backend systems and enterprise platforms.
- Participate in requirements analysis, design discussions, and technical solutioning.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across development and production environments.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA, infrastructure teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Follow coding standards, security practices, and SDLC processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
- 3–5+ years of related Java/J2EE development experience.
- Strong experience with REST API design and development and proficiency in JavaScript.
- Experience with the Dojo framework, SQL, and database query development.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles.
- Preferred exposure to IBM FileNet Content Management, CPE, workflows, integrations, IBM Case Manager, or IBM BAW.
- Familiarity with WebSphere Application Server or similar middleware platforms.
- Experience in enterprise application environments and Agile or DevOps environments.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, communicate effectively, collaborate, and focus on customer service.
