Base Salary
$154k - $229k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical design, architecture, and thought leadership for global systems integrator partners and government customers.
- Own technical engagements and the ultimate success of specific implementation projects.
- Define implementation architectures and develop expertise in AWS technologies and application and service construction on AWS.
- Assist partners with responding to RFPs and support sales and business development opportunities.
- Capture and share best practices with the AWS solutions architect community.
- Educate and train partners and customers and serve as a subject matter expert on security for customer applications and services.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in specific technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- 3+ years of experience in application and infrastructure design, implementation, or consulting.
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
- Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive-level stakeholders or clients.
- US citizenship is required.
- Preferred: experience working with end-user or developer communities.
- Preferred: experience in a technical role within a sales organization.
