Responsibilities
- Build and scale the global pre-sales organization, including hiring, coaching, retention, operating processes, and technical enablement.
- Create reusable discovery frameworks, reference architectures, TCO and benchmark models, POV playbooks, and RFP response libraries.
- Lead technical strategy and architecture for strategic enterprise opportunities with long sales cycles and multi-million-dollar deal values.
- Architect solutions spanning compute, networking, storage, and orchestration, including sizing, capacity plans, and cloud TCO comparisons.
- Design and drive POVs and POCs, define success criteria, run performance benchmarks, and convert results into commercial momentum.
- Provide product, capacity, and feature feedback to product management, engineering, and supply planning teams.
- Partner with the NVIDIA field ecosystem and influence roadmap, packaging, and go-to-market priorities.
Requirements
- Proven track record leading technical sales in complex B2B environments, preferably involving committed-capacity or reserved-capacity deals.
- Experience hiring, developing, and leading Solutions Architecture or Field Engineering teams while remaining technically hands-on in strategic deals.
- Hands-on experience standing up or operating production ML workloads, including distributed training and multi-node inference.
- Deep understanding of performance bottlenecks involving interconnects, memory bandwidth, I/O, and cluster scheduling.
- Fluency with NVIDIA Hopper and Blackwell architectures, GPU reference systems, NVLink/NVSwitch, InfiniBand, Spectrum-X Ethernet, RDMA/RoCE, and DPUs.
- Experience with Kubernetes-based AI orchestration, GPU operators, device plugins, KubeVirt, Metal3/Ironic bare-metal provisioning, and Slurm.
- Familiarity with high-throughput parallel or object storage systems for AI pipelines and data-center physical constraints such as power, cooling, and rack density.
- Pre-sales or infrastructure leadership experience at a NeoCloud, hyperscaler AI organization, or accelerated-hardware vendor is strongly preferred.
