Responsibilities
- Provide functional leadership and oversight to SCM implementation teams across complex Oracle Cloud engagements.
- Lead requirements workshops, solution architecture and design discussions, fit-gap analysis, business process design, conference room pilots, configuration, and testing.
- Create overall enterprise cloud solutions spanning technical and functional requirements.
- Design Oracle Cloud extensions and integrations using PaaS and related technologies.
- Analyze current systems and data to identify requirements and recommend enhancements or modifications.
- Lead, mentor, train, and guide Oracle Cloud implementation consultants.
- Serve as the primary client contact and communicate project progress, challenges, and changes to stakeholders.
- Develop long-term client strategies and present quantified business cases and solution value.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and suppliers and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Monitor implemented solution performance and recommend updates, upgrades, or modifications.
- Lead multiple complex projects and contribute to business development, client acquisition, and the firm's strategic vision.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Engineering.
- MBA, relevant master's degree, or PhD is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience as an Oracle functional consultant, including 3+ years leading SCM solution design for Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Expert-level experience implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud implementation projects and upgrades.
- Experience with Oracle Platform as a Service, particularly Integration Cloud Service and Database Cloud Service.
- Knowledge and experience with web services and Oracle Cloud-delivered SOAP and REST web services.
- Expert consulting and business analysis experience gathering and documenting requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, designing business processes, managing conference room pilots, performing functional configuration, and managing testing for procurement ERP and Oracle SCM Cloud solutions.
- Expert-level knowledge and experience with at least three Oracle Cloud application modules, including Manufacturing Cloud, Cost Management, Order Management Cloud, Demand/Supply Planning, Maintenance Cloud, Procurement, or Inventory Cloud.
- Experience guiding clients through business process improvements and working with cross-border and diverse teams.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, communication, project management, business development, mentoring, strategic vision, and executive presence skills.
- Professional services consulting or strategic industry experience is preferred or required as stated in the posting.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Oracle Cloud certifications are preferred but not required.
- Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
