Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize core services, high-concurrency web architectures, and transaction flows.
- Build production-grade AI agent loops with validation guardrails and caching mechanisms.
- Diagnose and resolve backend bottlenecks, database deadlocks, and high-concurrency latency spikes.
- Develop scalable software using concurrency primitives, asynchronous task processing, and web protocols.
- Participate in technical, leadership, stakeholder, and communication-focused interviews, with a possible take-home assignment.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of intensive full-stack or backend engineering experience.
- Strong experience with Go or equivalent high-performance backend technologies.
- Experience building scalable software with memory management, concurrency primitives, asynchronous task processing, and web protocols.
- Experience with relational or non-relational databases, Redis caching or queuing systems, and optimized web engineering frameworks.
- A proven track record in high-velocity technology startups and ambiguous, execution-focused environments.
