Responsibilities
- Support ERP implementations and enhancements in collaboration with project teams and clients.
- Build and maintain NetSuite scripts, customizations, integrations, and workflows.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and debug scripts, integrations, and workflows.
- Support unit testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
- Document technical solutions for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with technical and functional team members and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Travel based on client and business needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system.
- Experience with JavaScript and/or SuiteScript 1.0 or 2.x.
- Exposure to APIs, integrations, or system automation.
- Exposure to accounting, finance, or business process concepts.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and communicate with diverse audiences.
- Must achieve and maintain professional certifications and any required licenses.
- Proficient use of applicable technology.
