Responsibilities
- Identify technical risks and evaluate alternative solutions.
- Own multiple significant software modules.
- Lead the technical integrity of work across concurrent projects.
- Plan, participate in, and perform technical assignments.
- Guide other programmers on technical design aspects.
- Implement, unit test, integration test, debug, and integrate complex code.
- Maintain thorough and accurate technical documentation.
- Continuously automate feature testing with measurable goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, master's degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Around 5+ years of proven experience.
- Hands-on experience designing web applications using Java, Python, and UI technologies.
- Experience with Java Spring, Hibernate, Python FastAPI, or Flask.
- Experience with databases, persistence frameworks, and SQL.
- Strong programming experience with object-oriented principles, design patterns, data structures, and unit testing.
- Significant experience with Agile Scrum development processes.
- Strong analytical, technical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with dispersed, remote, and global teams.
- Preferred experience with AWS, Angular, Python, Selenium, Maven, Spring, Grunt, and shell scripting.
- Preferred experience with AWS IoT, Kinesis, Redbrick, QuickSight, and PTC.
