Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and ownership for Delivery Integration Services.
Define clear scopes for technical project requirements, changes, tasks, and deliverables.
Improve system stability, monitoring awareness, and operational efficiency.
Support customer engagements and resolve technical obstacles in partnership with Customer Success Managers.
Define performance metrics aligned with customer success criteria.
Use documentation, automation, and knowledge management to improve incident response.
Provide knowledge transfer to larger teams and ensure applicable security policies and best practices are followed.

Australian citizenship is required for Security clearance.
At least 5 years of experience writing programs in Bash or Python.
At least 2 years of experience in end-user and system administrator consulting or other first-level consulting.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
Familiarity with scripting languages and SAS Code.
Knowledge of programming languages, operating systems, utilities, services, editors, diagnostic tools, and complex systems.
Strong communication, independent learning, and complex problem-solving skills.
Equivalent combinations of related education, training, and experience may be considered.
Azure, AWS, and SAS certifications are additional competencies or preferred qualifications.
