Responsibilities
- Design underlying patterns for booking flows and multi-tenant configurations.
- Define the technical 'North Star' for distributed systems in Scala.
- Lead the evolution of the platform towards configuration over customization.
- Conduct design reviews and mentor senior engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on technical roadmaps.
- Proactively identify and resolve engineering bottlenecks.
Requirements
- Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Strong experience in distributed systems development, particularly in Scala.
- Ability to navigate complex codebases and implement elegant abstractions.
- Experience with multi-tenant architecture and prioritizing modularity.
- Pragmatic approach to balancing long-term health and speed of execution.
