Responsibilities
- Lead an implementation team across solution definition, design, construction, and deployment.
- Facilitate workshops, develop solutions, and build stakeholder consensus for successful delivery.
- Design solution architectures using native Aras Innovator capabilities and custom development.
- Lead client requirements gathering and write user stories and functional specifications.
- Analyze business needs, develop technical solutions, and contribute to service proposals.
- Lead or participate in prototype demonstrations for key prospects.
- Supervise and review the work of onsite or remote technical teams.
- Coach and mentor other team members and contribute to continuous improvement of methods and tools.
Requirements
- Professional and effective communication with clients and project teams in both French and English.
- Strong understanding of clients' business challenges and ability to advise them on suitable solutions.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
- Understanding of enterprise application implementation methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Ability to clearly write requirements, specifications, and user stories and contribute to technical service proposals.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and difficult-client communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote and international environment.
- Experience with PLM implementations, ideally three or more years.
- Experience participating in enterprise PLM software implementations and interest in progressing into an Architect role.
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Preferred experience with data migration techniques from third-party systems.
