Base Salary
$121k - $266k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack applications including OIGChat, AI pilot applications, data platform interfaces, and analytical tools.
- Build responsive, accessible frontend interfaces using React, Vue, or Angular.
- Develop backend services, APIs, and integrations using Python, Node.js, or .NET with Azure AI, search, Databricks, and enterprise data platforms.
- Build CI/CD pipelines, repositories, Infrastructure as Code artifacts, automated tests, and deployment traceability.
- Develop data catalog, data discovery, access request, workflow automation, and collaborative workspace features.
- Implement logging, monitoring, performance tracking, error handling, and security controls for production applications.
- Support geospatial analytics, visualization dashboards, graph/network analysis, and specialized investigative capabilities.
- Coordinate releases, support prototype-to-production transitions, and conduct comprehensive testing including UAT coordination.
- Create technical documentation, user guides, demonstrations, FAQs, troubleshooting resources, and release notes.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders, Product Owners, AI engineers, data engineers, and UX specialists in Agile/Scrum environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, with experience considered in lieu of education.
- At least 13 years of experience in software development, full stack engineering, or a related field.
- Strong full stack experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, and Angular and backend technologies including Python, Node.js, .NET, and Java.
- Experience developing cloud-native applications on Azure or AWS/GCP, including App Services, Functions, API Management, Storage, and PaaS integrations.
- Strong experience with CI/CD, Git/GitHub, automated testing, Infrastructure as Code, and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating through user-centered, iterative development.
- Willingness and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Preferred experience integrating AI/ML services, large language models, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, RAG architectures, Databricks, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Preferred experience with Azure Government or AWS GovCloud, federal security requirements, ATO processes, and compliance controls.
- Federal government, law enforcement, investigative, or national security application experience is preferred.
