Base Salary
$83k - $222k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, customize, and support STIBO STEP solutions, workflows, WebUI interfaces, attributes, validation rules, and integrations.
- Build scalable MDM solutions for product, vendor, and customer master data across omnichannel systems.
- Implement data governance, stewardship, and data quality frameworks.
- Optimize platform performance and troubleshoot complex platform and data issues.
- Provide production operations support, SaaS upgrade support, and release impact reviews.
- Drive delivery through strategic planning, scoping, accurate estimates, technical ownership, and communication.
- Collaborate with Product and stakeholders on other teams.
- Mentor less experienced engineers for approximately 15% of the role.
- Work alongside the Senior Engineering Manager on technical delivery and strategic planning.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of MDM/PIM development experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on STIBO STEP development and administration experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with CI/CD tools including Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and Git.
- At least 3 years of experience with Azure or GCP cloud platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; alternatively, a high school diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, Kafka, and Informatica.
- Preferred experience in retail or healthcare, omnichannel retail environments, product lifecycle and catalog management, and supplier/vendor onboarding.
- Preferred knowledge of healthcare regulatory data handling and AI for data maintenance in STEP.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, WebUI development, SQL, and data modeling.
- Ability to drive master data governance and product/vendor lifecycle management.
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
