Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and technical constraints, then architect, design, and develop enterprise software.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle.
- Lead and review architecture, design, and code for personal and team deliverables.
- Develop enterprise application features and services using Azure, C#/.NET Core, and React.
- Act as a hands-on technical leader for a Scrum team.
- Own the quality, performance, security, and sustenance of product deliverables.
- Coach and guide junior, senior, and full-stack engineers.
- Drive end-to-end development of multiple functional modules, including testing, performance testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with product owners, senior management, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Appraise the performance of self, peers, and team members.
Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of experience developing enterprise software products with a cloud-native stack.
- Strong knowledge of C# and .NET Core.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript frameworks, particularly React.
- Experience automating development with Claude, CoPilot, and MCP.
- Strong experience with microservices and/or micro-frontend architecture.
- Strong experience with container-based development, AKS, and Service Fabric.
- Strong experience with messaging queue systems such as RabbitMQ and Kafka.
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases including MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Preferred experience integrating LLMs, vector databases, and RAG into production applications.
- Experience coaching, guiding, or leading Scrum teams of junior, senior, and full-stack engineers.
- Experience owning or driving end-to-end development across multiple functional areas.
- Strong knowledge of code quality, code monitoring, performance engineering, and test automation tools.
- Knowledge of reporting solutions such as Power BI and Apache Superset.
