Base Salary
$127k - $295k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support existing ISV partners during discovery, integration, and accreditation.
- Assist with the BD product process and long-term support of specific partners.
- Identify potential Select ISV Partners for Five9.
- Help with certification and documentation of partner products.
- Provide technical support to Global System Integrators.
- Review and update ISV documentation for deployments and sales.
- Act as an escalation point for ISV partner integrations.
- Coordinate updates of partner integrations across various teams.
- Liaise between partners and Product Management for feature requests.
- Define and conduct joint solution demos with partners.
- Support partners with custom solutions and API documentation.
- Enable field SCs with technical training for partners.
- Standardize technical training and certifications for Five9 partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology or product roles.
- Deep technical understanding of contact center functionality.
- Extensive presentation experience and skills.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to foster effective relationships.
- Record of successful demonstrations to close deals.
- High degree of self-motivation to learn new technologies.
- Experience with contact center partner industry or relevant technology.
- Ability to understand integrations with third-party applications.
- Willingness to travel 40-50%.
