Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and manage team performance.
- Lead process improvement efforts within the team.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Apply software development lifecycle practices, modern frameworks, and performance optimization techniques.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) is required.
- Experience designing and coding custom software components using modern frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Familiarity with system integration and performance optimization techniques.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
