Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions to the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Participate in iterative software development cycles and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable applications.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream.
- Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing custom software components using modern frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise software integration techniques and tools.
- 15 years of full-time education.
