Responsibilities
- Assist with Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Build and update Salesforce Flows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and custom fields.
- Support Apex development and Lightning Web Component development under senior developer guidance.
- Maintain Salesforce automations and integrations.
- Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
- Translate requirements into Salesforce solutions and maintain technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot production issues and user-reported defects.
Requirements
- Requires 2–5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
- Requires basic understanding of Salesforce configuration and declarative tools.
- Requires exposure to Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, and automation.
- Requires basic understanding of Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
- Requires willingness to learn APIs, integrations, and deployment processes.
- Requires problem-solving, attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to take direction from senior developers.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or progress toward it is preferred.
- Experience with Git, VS Code, Salesforce CLI, change sets, REST/SOAP APIs, and sandbox environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum teams is preferred.
