Responsibilities
- Develop advanced technology solutions by translating business needs and product requirements into technical implementations.
- Customize and extend Adobe Experience Manager through components, templates, workflows, and application development.
- Assist with the design, architecture, administration, and implementation of the AEM Cloud platform, including Analytics and Target in a multi-tenant configuration.
- Implement new features, troubleshoot bugs, support production incidents, and serve as an on-call responder.
- Develop and execute system integration test plans and automation scripts to validate application functionality.
- Perform code reviews, code merges, design reviews, and analysis of program specifications with minimal supervision.
- Estimate feature work, assess system impacts, and participate in product backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Drive the evolution of technology platforms, development standards, and scalable software solutions.
- Coach, train, and mentor more junior engineers and collaborate with product, UX/UI, project management, business analysis, and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Adobe AEM Developer with senior-level responsibilities.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager.
- Strong proficiency in Java, JSP, Servlets, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of AEM architecture, components, templates, and workflows, including integration with Adobe Cloud products.
- Experience developing highly available and scalable systems and working with relational databases and large data sets.
- Experience assessing and managing application, network, and infrastructure technology and cybersecurity risks.
- Ability to define and solve complex business problems, explain architecture and technology decisions to enterprise architects and senior leadership, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working on large enterprise programs or projects; financial services experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or commensurate professional experience.
- Fluent English communication skills and strong analytical and attention-to-detail abilities.
- Adobe AEM development certification is a plus.
