Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support scalable enterprise CRM applications using Python, Java, React, and SQL.
- Build full-stack solutions, APIs, and integrations connecting CRM platforms with internal systems, data platforms, and third-party applications.
- Modernize CRM architecture to reduce technical debt and improve scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Develop AI-enabled capabilities including intelligent search, conversational interfaces, workflow automation, and knowledge retrieval.
- Design and optimize SQL databases and data models for CRM operations, analytics, reporting, and client intelligence.
- Integrate strategic CRM datasets into centralized enterprise data platforms with trusted and governed access.
- Develop data services and pipelines using Databricks, Spark, and cloud technologies.
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and vendors to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, engineering standards, mentorship, and developer guidance.
- Support production operations through troubleshooting, performance tuning, incident resolution, risk reduction, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of software development experience building and supporting enterprise applications.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python, Java, React, and SQL with experience delivering production-grade solutions.
- Experience designing scalable full-stack applications, APIs, microservices, and RESTful services using frameworks such as Spring Boot.
- Experience building responsive web applications with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Advanced database development skills including SQL optimization, data modeling, and performance tuning.
- Experience integrating applications through APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Knowledge of Azure cloud services and modern cloud-native application architectures.
- Knowledge of software engineering practices including automated testing, source control, CI/CD, code reviews, and DevOps processes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Preferred experience with CRM platforms such as Prism or Salesforce.
- Preferred experience delivering AI-powered applications using Large Language Models, Generative AI, and intelligent workflow automation.
- Preferred experience with enterprise data platforms such as Databricks, Spark/PySpark, and Snowflake.
- Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Research, or other Financial Services experience is preferred.
- Experience with client intelligence, relationship management, revenue management, or workflow management solutions is preferred.
- Experience leading technical design discussions, mentoring developers, and providing technical leadership is preferred.
Benefits
- Base salary of $125,000-$156,000 CAD plus eligibility for discretionary variable compensation.
- Toronto, Ontario work location with 37.5 scheduled hours per week.
