Responsibilities
- Understand client and software requirements and convert them into feasible designs.
- Design, code, test, maintain, modify, and troubleshoot software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by creating and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Investigate defects, perform root-cause analysis, improve system performance, and address availability issues.
- Coordinate with functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, customers, and stakeholders.
- Prepare code documentation, flowcharts, layouts, reports, project specifications, status updates, and MIS reports.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, implementation, and release-plan adherence.
- Capture client requirements and feedback and provide timely responses to customer requests.
- Participate in training and continuing education to remain current with programming practices and languages.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Mandatory skill: Quality Management.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software systems, data usage, workflows, and system issues.
- Ability to develop software, automate validation, troubleshoot defects, and improve performance.
- Ability to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders and produce clear technical documentation and reports.
