Base Salary
$139k - $208k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and complex platform opportunities by developing enterprise technology solution strategies.
- Identify and analyze systems, dependencies, and integration points, and develop solution maps.
- Provide expert guidance to sales and deal teams on differentiating Workday technology.
- Collaborate with Value Management, Services, and Customer Success Management to create strong customer experiences and long-term relationships.
- Translate business needs into technology solutions and engage effectively with C-level executives.
- Deliver compelling in-person and virtual presentations and demonstrate Workday products and solutions.
- Travel up to 40%.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of enterprise software solution consulting experience or hands-on experience supporting enterprise software applications.
- At least 5 years delivering compelling presentations in person and virtually while communicating technical concepts and strategic initiatives.
- At least 4 years of applied working knowledge of cloud architecture, security, reporting, and integration standards.
- Deep understanding of the Financial Services industry and enterprise SaaS business applications.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Multi-pillar solution and product knowledge.
- Ability to influence decision-making and bring a clear point of view.
- Strong consultative selling, value selling, relationship-building, and product demonstration skills.
