Base Salary
$228k - $385k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own and drive technical outcomes across multiple teams and organizations.
- Define long term technical strategy and partner with senior Product and Engineering leaders.
- Tackle ambiguous technical and product problems.
- Remain hands-on in software development for critical system components.
- Influence and align roadmaps across organizations.
- Architect and evolve foundational systems and platforms.
- Model exceptional technical judgment and execution rigor.
- Drive AI adoption to enhance productivity and features.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- 15+ years of experience designing and evolving large scale software systems.
- Demonstrated success at a Principal level, influencing technical direction.
- Strong experience building consumer-facing products at scale.
- Broad technical expertise across multiple domains including frontend, mobile, and distributed systems.
- Practical experience with modern ML and LLM based APIs in production.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior audiences.
