Responsibilities
- Lead complex system design discussions and architectural decisions.
- Assess technical feasibility of AI product ideas and produce scoping documents.
- Define technology stacks and establish engineering guidelines.
- Build prototypes to test ideas and gather early feedback.
- Collaborate with research, operations, and data teams to iterate quickly on needs.
- Implement evaluation practices to measure AI application effectiveness.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on complex systems.
- Strong full-stack software engineering skills with AI/ML experience.
- Proven ability to design systems around AI models for reliability and scalability.
- Experience building production AI systems and multi-agent workflows.
- Familiarity with distributed systems architecture in AI or data platforms.
- Proficiency in using agentic coding tools to enhance productivity.
