Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day technical delivery of client engagements and act as the primary technical contact for the development team.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and lead hands-on implementation of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform components.
- Design and develop custom plug-ins, PCF controls, JavaScript solutions, Azure Functions, and other pro-code solutions.
- Own implementation of Microsoft Copilot Studio, autonomous agents, and other AI and emerging technologies.
- Configure and administer ALM and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Conduct code reviews and technical quality assurance to maintain coding standards and reduce technical debt.
- Provide technical estimates for Statements of Work and contribute technical input to RFP responses.
- Mentor developers and consultants and share technical best practices without serving as a direct line manager.
- Support data migration strategies involving complex transformations from legacy SQL or Oracle systems.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
- Deep proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, modern web frameworks, and PCF control development.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure Functions, integrated with Dataverse.
- Strong ALM and DevOps experience, including configuring and managing pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Experience supporting commercial estimations and validating technical assumptions for project deliverables.
- Ability to explain technical implementation details to non-technical stakeholders and clients.
- Practical experience deploying and configuring generative AI solutions with Azure OpenAI Service and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
- Strong background in data migration and scripting complex transformations from legacy SQL or Oracle systems.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 or PL-600 are desirable.
