Responsibilities
- Lead technology innovation and digital transformation initiatives to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Design and implement scalable, resilient, secure cloud-native microservices architectures.
- Champion AI adoption for automation, process optimization, and architecture modernization.
- Conduct proofs of concept, technical assessments, and feasibility studies for emerging technologies.
- Partner with customer experience and marketing teams to improve net promoter scores and generate upsell opportunities.
- Build AI-driven solutions and tools that improve distributors’ and partners’ sales experience.
- Translate business and technical requirements into solution blueprints with product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory standards.
- Present solution architectures in local and Asia governance forums.
- Develop business transformation proposals, evaluate vendor solutions, and lead implementation through interim architectures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect with strong exposure to digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Generative AI technologies.
- Expertise in Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, and OCI.
- Strong knowledge of application security, architectural frameworks, and engineering best practices.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with large-scale digital transformation projects in financial services or insurance is preferred.
- Cloud platform or AI technology certifications are preferred; insurance domain knowledge is a plus.
