Responsibilities
- Drive customer satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor for Microsoft 365 customer success outcomes.
- Engage business and technical decision makers to drive Copilot for Microsoft 365 adoption, usage, renewal, and value realization.
- Identify and resolve technical blockers to customer success projects and go-live using Microsoft 365 expertise.
- Lead customer and partner projects, architecture design, resiliency reviews, technical optimization, and production deployment execution.
- Develop customer-specific roadmaps and coordinate technical and sales experts around additional opportunities.
- Provide customer and partner insights to Microsoft product groups and other internal teams.
- Share technical expertise, create reusable intellectual property, participate in architect communities, and support continuous learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field and 8+ years of relevant experience, or a master's degree in one of these fields and 6+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role.
- 10+ years of deep technical working experience.
- Experience with cloud and infrastructure technologies, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, architecture, and/or consulting.
- Effective written and spoken English communication skills for customer and stakeholder interactions.
- Strong collaborative decision-making, conflict-resolution, follow-through, and presentation skills.
- Technical certifications such as AB-100, AB-620, MS-102, MS-202, MD-102, SC-400, MS-220, and MS-700 are preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, Entra ID, SharePoint, Exchange, Power Platform, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Windows 11, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Viva, and OneDrive for Business.
