Responsibilities
- Design and develop cloud-ready infrastructure and application architectures, including automated container platforms and deployment pipelines.
- Lead or participate in onsite implementation of Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, and other Red Hat solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert at customer sites and recommend solutions based on customer infrastructure and business needs.
- Implement and integrate open and hybrid cloud solutions using cloud technologies, design principles, integration points, and automation methods.
- Promote automation techniques and DevOps processes to improve cloud lifecycle uptime, availability, and time-to-market.
- Collaborate with project and customer teams, contribute to documentation and diagrams, support case management, and mentor customers and colleagues.
Requirements
- Advanced experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
- Advanced hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift Platform or underlying components such as Kubernetes and Docker.
- Hands-on experience and knowledge of Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform.
- Experience implementing system infrastructure and cloud solutions, including data storage, networking, monitoring, and security.
- Ability to communicate project value, progress, and metrics to technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to learn independently and apply new ideas in practice.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Availability to work onsite at customer sites more than 50% of the time.
