Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements and functional specifications into logical program designs and software solutions.
- Develop, configure, modify, test, troubleshoot, and support Workday HCM Talent Management functionality and integrations.
- Maintain accurate Talent Management module configurations, data integrity, and compliance.
- Work with stakeholders and cross-functional departments to deliver HR technology solutions and communicate project status and proposals.
- Support continuous improvement of HR processes and enterprise application systems.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of Workday development experience.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including exposure to Talent Management and Workday Integrations.
- Experience with Workday Calculated Fields, Report Writer, Core Connectors, EIB, Workday Studio, and BIRT.
- Good understanding of XML, XSLT, XPath, REST, and SOAP web services.
- Experience developing, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting Workday integrations.
- Knowledge of Workday Extend and Workday Orchestrate is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education where applicable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
