Base Salary
$83k - $132k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, automation roadmaps, scope, and coverage.
- Lead end-to-end test automation delivery for releases using UFT, Selenium, and modern frameworks.
- Identify automation opportunities and select appropriate testing tools and frameworks.
- Manage test execution, defect lifecycles, and coordination with onshore and offshore QA teams.
- Track and report testing progress, coverage, and results to stakeholders through dashboards and summaries.
- Lead testing strategy and automation transformation for legacy Property & Casualty insurance applications.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of QA experience, including at least five years in test automation leadership.
- Hands-on expertise with UFT, Selenium or Playwright, API testing, CI/CD, and automation frameworks.
- Strong experience with test planning, strategy, and defect management processes.
- Property & Casualty insurance domain expertise, particularly claims and claims processing.
- Experience with database testing using Oracle/PLSQL and strong SQL skills.
- Preferred experience testing legacy applications, including Progress-based desktop environments and applications built on Progress or similar technologies.
- Preferred experience with GenAI agent development, GenAI implementation, and adoption across the testing lifecycle.
- Preferred expertise in UI and integration testing across complex enterprise systems.
- Proven ability to lead distributed teams of 15–20 members across onshore and offshore locations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic leadership skills.
