Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Lead technical discussions, workshops, and solution design sessions with customers, architects, business analysts, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
- Develop workflows, integrations, automation, and custom applications using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards.
- Support platform upgrades, deployments, and release activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to ServiceNow capability development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum five years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
- Experience delivering at least one end-to-end ServiceNow implementation project.
- Strong ServiceNow platform development experience, including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations, Service Catalog, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and Update Sets.
- Experience with ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge, and SLA Management.
- Experience with HRSD capabilities including HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, Employee Journeys, HR Knowledge Management, and HR Service Delivery.
- Experience with ITOM capabilities including Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management, Operational Visibility, MID Server Administration, and Cloud Discovery.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, CIS-ITSM, CIS-HRSD, and CIS-ITOM.
- Preferred experience includes Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, Service Portal, UI Builder, Employee Center Pro, AI/GenAI use cases on ServiceNow, and integrations with Microsoft, SAP, Workday, or other enterprise platforms.
