Responsibilities
- Solve the team’s largest and most complex problems from technical design through launch.
- Deliver solutions used by other teams and products.
- Develop plans for large projects and address complex architecture challenges.
- Lead code reviews and documentation, establish code review standards, and resolve complex high-risk bugs.
- Partner across engineering teams on company-wide initiatives spanning multiple projects.
- Mentor junior team members and help them learn and grow.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, a related technical field, or similar experience.
- 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
- Expert-level experience with one or more prominent languages such as Java, C#, or C/C++.
- Expertise in at least one technical topic or domain.
- Ability and willingness to collaborate with and mentor junior team members.
- Customer-focused technical decision-making.
