Responsibilities
- Support and guide customers through the installation, configuration, and testing of data integrations.
- Customize existing interfaces using Java and SQL.
- Analyze customer integrations and perform field mapping across the implementation lifecycle from design and creation through production support.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and Product, Technology, and Customer Support teams to maintain integration functionality.
- Translate technical requirements for non-technical audiences and support Sales and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- Fluent English.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technology program is preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of experience creating integrations and performing ETL work.
- Experience with process analysis, design, field mapping, configuration, and implementation.
- Strong communication skills for supporting technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent debugging skills.
- Experience with SOAP services using XML payloads.
- Software engineering experience with Java, .NET, and SQL.
- Experience with identity providers such as ForgeRock, Ping, and Okta.
- Experience developing REST APIs with a security emphasis, including OAuth2, UMA, OIDC, or SAML.
- Preferred experience includes global trade or supply chain, indirect taxes, compliance, tax filing or reporting, process mapping, and creating and executing test cases and test scripts.
