Responsibilities
- Own architecture and design decisions for secure, scalable customer solutions.
- Design and develop backend, frontend, and integrated applications on the Databricks platform.
- Deliver production systems spanning data ingestion, transformation, ML/AI model integration, and user-facing applications.
- Embed with customer teams and translate technical and business challenges into measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Field Engineering throughout pre-sales and post-deployment delivery.
- Create reusable accelerators, frameworks, and best practices that scale across customer accounts.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering experience across backend, frontend, and systems integration.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Java or Scala, JavaScript or TypeScript, and modern frameworks.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying production applications that combine data pipelines, ML/AI models, and user-facing interfaces.
- Experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini into applications.
- Demonstrated success delivering technical solutions in enterprise environments with measurable outcomes.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders ranging from engineers to C-level executives.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to explore new technologies, domains, and customer challenges.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% to client sites as needed.
