Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI and generative AI applications, systems, and infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
- Build, deploy, and maintain AI/ML solutions and collaborate with data engineers on AI/ML models.
- Translate client and stakeholder requirements into robust, scalable, and operable solutions.
- Contribute to AI/ML and GenAI architecture decisions and develop reusable industry architectures.
- Create proofs of concept and points of view for horizontal and industry use cases.
- Write high-quality, efficient, testable code in Python and other languages.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks to identify opportunities for business value.
- Facilitate design and architecture workshops and mentor AI engineers.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, solutioning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders, identify new opportunities, generate proposals, and present solutions to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- BTech, Master's, or PhD qualification.
- 5–8 years of professional experience building and deploying AI and GenAI solutions on-premises or in cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML solutions on Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud.
- Experience using and orchestrating LLMs with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Cloud Vertex AI, or Gemini AI.
- Experience building and deploying agentic frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or LangGraph.
- Experience with SQL, data modeling, Python and/or PySpark, and AI/ML solution deployment.
- Understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and generative AI.
- Experience designing AI solutions with microservice-based architectures and integrating authentication and security measures.
- Experience deploying solutions on Kubernetes, Web Apps, Databricks, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with MLOps, MLflow, batch prediction, real-time endpoints, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and Responsible AI concepts.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- A strong background in Azure-based AI and data technologies is required; knowledge of other hyperscalers is advantageous.
