Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain high-performance, scalable Java applications.
- Gather system and user requirements and manage development activities through testing and release.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders to deliver new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, efficient code and participate in code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Contribute to improving development processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies.
Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of experience as a Senior Java Developer or in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Git and experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
