Responsibilities
- Develop and implement core compliance products.
- Design and implement product features in collaboration with product managers.
- Tune system performance, troubleshoot online incidents, and refactor systems.
- Write high-quality, clean, maintainable Java code using engineering best practices.
- Identify, log, and resolve compliance issues.
- Collaborate with other departments on projects and special compliance initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
- Proficiency in core Java and familiarity with the Spring Framework.
- Proficiency in MySQL and familiarity with at least one NoSQL database.
- Proficiency in distributed-systems design and familiarity with at least one messaging middleware and its underlying design principles.
- Ability to cope with stress and quickly learn new knowledge.
- Good cross-team communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Spring Cloud and microservices design expertise, fintech domain experience, backend/API/library/SDK development experience, JVM/SQL/RPC performance tuning, and global team management experience.
