Responsibilities
- Lead quality engineering activities for the Life & Annuities insurance domain and coordinate with business, technical, project, and offshore delivery teams.
- Develop traceable test scenarios, reusable test data, and end-to-end coverage across functional, integration, non-functional, and user acceptance testing.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance test automation assets.
- Perform functional, automation, performance, mobile, and API testing.
- Coordinate defect triage, validate fixes, conduct root cause analysis, and report test coverage, defect trends, performance dashboards, risks, and release readiness.
Requirements
- More than 10 years of Quality Engineering and Assurance experience, including experience leading a team.
- Strong experience in the Life & Annuities insurance domain.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Experience with test management, Jira, defect management, end-to-end test coordination, and Agile delivery practices.
- Hands-on experience with functional, API, mobile, and mobile automation testing.
- Experience with Tricentis Tosca is preferred.
- Experience with performance testing tools and practices, particularly NeoLoad, is helpful.
- Experience supporting digital agent or customer portals, applying artificial intelligence to testing or quality engineering, or holding testing, test automation, or quality engineering certifications is helpful.
