Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop intelligent systems and tools using LLMs, NLP, and heuristics.
- Teach best practices around ML system design and scalable AI infrastructure.
- Learn to handle messy real-world financial data.
- Improve internal tooling for classification, tagging, and summarization.
- Build and ship features powered by LLMs.
- Establish evaluation pipelines and feedback loops for LLM performance.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to enhance AI features.
- Architect and scale systems for automated bookkeeping and analysis.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping ML/AI-driven features in production.
- Excitement for applying language models to unstructured datasets.
- Pragmatic approach to AI, knowing when to use LLMs or simpler solutions.
- Bonus: Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
- Bonus: Background in finance, document processing, or communications tooling.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Typescript, React, and Python-based ML tooling.
