Responsibilities
- Develop code and documentation for difficult software projects and implement bug fixes.
- Design software projects and define software specifications.
- Analyze requirements and schedules with internal customers.
- Troubleshoot software problems and perform tests on code and enhancements.
- Address software issues with external customers.
- Compile data for scheduled or special reports, analyses, and statements.
- Act as a resource for less-experienced colleagues and potentially lead small projects.
Requirements
- Demonstrated conceptual and practical expertise in the role’s discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
- Knowledge of best practices and how the discipline integrates with other areas.
- Ability to solve complex problems using judgment and analysis of multiple information sources.
- Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.
- Awareness of competition and market differentiators.
