Responsibilities
- Build new user-facing experiences for the Customer Support platform.
- Scale internal infrastructure to handle complex support needs.
- Design AI-powered automations to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical solutions.
- Lead projects from inception to production, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive team culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience in high growth startups.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record of building end-to-end product experiences.
- Experience with Python, Elixir, and/or Postgres is a plus.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to ship high-quality products quickly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
