Base Salary
$173k - $303k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead pre-sales presentations, solutioning and scoping workshops, Statements of Work, project scope definition, effort estimates, change-order triggers, and engagement sizing.
- Lead engagement teams delivering integrated ServiceNow Risk, Security Operations, and OT solutions connected to customers’ technology landscapes.
- Advise CXOs and senior leaders on implementation roadmaps, governance, change management, and workflow best practices.
- Provide platform risk guidance in collaboration with Platform Architects and serve as a practice director for security, risk, and OT delivery on marquee accounts.
- Design and deliver technically sound ServiceNow OTM solutions aligned with ServiceNow standards and leading practices.
- Build relationships with product owners and stakeholders, and lead office hours, presentations, webinars, and other enablement events.
- Improve delivery materials, mentor ServiceNow and partner teams, create documentation and service offerings, and maintain skills and certifications.
- Travel up to 20% annually based on customer needs and internal meetings.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in a professional services organization, or equivalent education/experience.
- Industry experience in Security, Risk, and Operational Technology, with expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules such as Event Management, Discovery, CMDB, and Service Graph Connectors.
- Familiarity with security and risk regulations and standards including FFIEC, SEC, OCC, FDNY, SOX, NERC CIP, NIST CSF, ISA/IEC 62443, and C2M2.
- Familiarity with the Purdue Model, ISA-95/IEC 62443 segmentation, OT security zoning, segmentation, and zero-trust concepts.
- Experience with virtualization and hypervisors, ICS/OT protocols, network data feeds, and validating data visibility.
- Ability to lead complex projects, consult and influence senior leaders, design comprehensive solutions, present solution designs, and communicate complex concepts through visual models and diagrams.
- Strong customer-facing, collaboration, analytical, communication, and independent project leadership skills.
- Controls engineering or OT network security experience is preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification is required or must be achieved within the first 365 days; additional CSA, CAD, and CIS certifications are expected or encouraged.

- Base pay is listed at $173,200-$303,100, plus equity when applicable, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
