Base Salary
$85k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Determine user requirements for features with stakeholders.
- Support dependency identification and development of feature design documents with oversight.
- Learn to create and implement product, service, or feature code using applicable existing code.
- Assist with breaking work items into tasks and estimating them.
- Monitor services as a Designated Responsible Individual for degradation, downtime, or interruptions and follow playbooks to restore simple issues.
- Improve product availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, performance, monitoring, and operations at scale.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Proven coding experience in one or more of C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with SCI access based on an SSBI with Polygraph.
- Ability to satisfy Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements.
- U.S. citizenship verification is required for applicable government customer restrictions.
- Successful Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire or transfer and every two years thereafter.
