Base Salary
$119k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and support ServiceNow custom applications and platform solutions.
- Configure ServiceNow components including Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, Service Portal, and Workspaces.
- Develop and maintain REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and Scripted REST API integrations with third-party systems.
- Enhance existing ServiceNow implementations through upgrades, maintenance, optimization, and performance improvements.
- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, developers, and client teams to gather requirements, design solutions, troubleshoot issues, and deliver outcomes.
- Create technical documentation including solution designs, test plans, implementation guides, and support documentation.
- Support platform automation, MID Servers, data imports and exports, and related ServiceNow capabilities.
Requirements
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is required.
- ServiceNow Certified System Developer certification is required.
- Experience developing and supporting custom ServiceNow applications is required.
- Strong hands-on expertise with JavaScript, JSON payloads, scripting frameworks, and ServiceNow custom development is required.
- Experience implementing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, Integration Hub, and related technologies is required.
- Experience with Service Catalog, Service Portal, Workspaces, Catalog Items, Record Producers, Notifications, Scheduled Jobs, and Script Includes is required.
- Experience with MID Servers, data imports and exports, and platform automation capabilities is required.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required.
- Telecommunications or OMT industry experience, enterprise-scale ServiceNow solution design, governance leadership, platform upgrades, optimization, performance tuning, mentoring, and technical leadership are preferred.
