Base Salary
$187k - $272k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build new features that expand Notetaker functionality and support additional user types.
- Contribute to platform scaling initiatives and the architecture underpinning AI Notetaker and meeting recaps.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and other engineering squads to refine requirements and improve engineering practices.
- Review implementation plans and pull requests.
- Own features end-to-end, including discovery, implementation, testing, release, and ongoing maintenance.
- Mentor and coach other team members.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for business-critical alerts.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience at a SaaS or technology company.
- Professional experience with Node is preferred, and experience with React or a comparable UI framework is desirable.
- Professional experience with TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with service-oriented architectures, microservices, and significant product-scaling initiatives.
- Experience using AI coding assistants such as Copilot or Cursor, with the ability to understand generated code and defend implementation choices.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies, changing requirements, and evolving organizational needs.
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States because Calendly does not engage in immigration sponsorship.
