Responsibilities
- Conduct research projects on large-scale recommendation systems.
- Pursue engineering research in multimodal systems, high-performance inference engines, and training frameworks.
- Conduct algorithmic research in search, recommendation, and ranking.
- Design, develop, and maintain large-scale distributed systems.
Requirements
- Hold a doctoral degree, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Be proficient in one or more programming languages such as C, C++, Go, Python, or Java in a Linux environment.
- Have a deep understanding of distributed-system principles and experience designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale distributed systems.
- Demonstrate strong logical analysis, complex business-logic decomposition, collaboration, responsibility, learning ability, communication, and self-motivation.
- Maintain technical documentation, including work processes and technical documents.
