Base Salary
$75k - $115k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build internal tools and automations using AI and agentic frameworks.
- Ship fast and iterate based on user feedback.
- Address real operational pain points identified by the team.
- Own the full stack: design, build, deploy, measure, and iterate.
- Learn the real estate finance domain through practical application.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand architecture.
Requirements
- Recent Computer Science graduate or software engineer with up to 1 year of experience.
- 0-2 years of professional or serious personal project experience.
- Ability to write clean code in any modern programming language.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ownership of problem-solving.
- Genuine curiosity about the business and its automation needs.
- Preference for speed and shipping over perfection.
