Base Salary
$107k - $153k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and iterate on consumer-facing AI features powered by large language models.
- Collaborate with engineers across the AI engineering stack.
- Run structured experiments to measure impact on engagement and quality.
- Partner closely with product and engineering to translate user needs into AI solutions.
- Strengthen model reliability through monitoring and quality analysis.
- Optimize the latency, cost, and scalability of production AI systems.
Requirements
- Availability for meetings during Quora's coordination hours.
- Graduating in 2025 or 2026 with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of mathematical foundations of Machine Learning algorithms.
- Experience with LLM applications or transformer models.
- Knowledge of Python or C++, or the ability to learn quickly.
- Strong command of written English for evaluating content.
